The Gluten Free Allergy Free Wellness Event will be held in Baton Rouge on November 2nd. Although I can not attend I am extremely excited about this event. I went to a similar event in Washington DC in June and had a blast. I left that event with an increased awareness of gluten free living, tons of samples from top gluten free companies, and a belly full of gluten free treats. I also met some really cool people. Events like these are fun because you can spend a day not worrying about weather others understand your food allergy and just relax and learn.
