Coconut Flour Giveaway Plus 18 Dollars In Gluten Free Coupons From Top Gluten Free Brands

Coconut Flour Giveaway

I have finally decided to do my first rafflecopter giveaway! one lucky person will win 1 pound of gluten free grain free coconut flour and over 18 dollars in gluten free coupons from companies like Namaste, Udi’s, Crunchmaster, and Enjoy Life. I was given this coconut flour by Bob’s Red Mill when I asked for it to write my comparison of 7 top coconut flours. The coupons are from the Washington DC Gluten Free Expo. I do not buy many gluten free prepackaged items due to my corn intolerance so I figured I would pass on these awesome coupons to you guys.

This being my first rafflecopter giveaway I would love it if you shared this post with with your friends to help me make this successful.

I have been wanting to try coconut flour but it can be pricey. Pricey enough to where I worry if I bought it would I like it enough. This is a great way to give it a try!

Found you on Pinterest, via the Gluten Free Recipes board. I’m reducing the gluten in my families diet as part of a lower-carb lifestyle (with Paleo leanings), and have wanted to try coconut flour for a while, but was never able to justify the cost, as we’ve already cut our budget to the bone, but food and energy inflation just isn’t stopping. I would follow you on twitter, except I don’t use it. But I’m now following you on FB. Looking forward to getting to know your site better!

This is an amazing giveaway. I am gluten free, 18 weeks pregnant and on bed rest with a high risk pregnancy. Any way we can cut the budget and have me eat healthy is worth it! Thank you for doing this giveaway!

New to gluten free but I believe I’ve had problems for years, just never occurred to me that it might be gluten until my mom suggested it. So 2 weeks and counting and I can already tell the difference in my energy levels. I love shredded coconut so I’m curious how coconut flour will taste with my coconut choc chip cookies πŸ™‚

I have never tried coconut flour. I always buy the GF blends for simplicity’s sake. I like GF bisquick but would definitely like to try other options!

I’m not yet strictly gluten free, but mostly, and also have issues with corn. My niece has celiac, and my daughter was wheat intolerant until age 5. I’ve found I feel better off gluten and corn, and am learning more about GF diet. Would sure love to win this!
