Healthy PB2 Peanut Butter Satay Sauce

I love Thai food! Chicken Satay has always been a favorite of mine. I especially love the peanut butter sauce that comes along with it. They seriously never bring me enough of it. I am posting this Healthy PB2 Peanut Butter Satay Sauce recipe with a recipe for chicken satay sticks coming soon. I made the mistake of buying a jar of satay marinade for the chicken and it was very lacking in flavor. That is when I came up with this awesome sauce. I should have known not to trust a big corporation to get satay right. This sauce packs a flavor punch! I actually make it to dip carrots and other veggies in and even spread it on sandwiches sometimes. It is that good. It was also my first stab at using PB2 in anything and it turned out spectacularly. Using PB2 makes this an extremely low calorie dip with all the flavor of more fatty versions. I urge you to go make this immediately!

  1. Mix all ingredients togather in a small bowl.
  2. Add water to thin out as needed.
