World’s Best Iced Coffee Protein Powder Latte
This gluten free girlfriend has been trying to get buff over the last few months. I have a lot of work to do and it is certainly an ongoing process. I have been eating a pretty high protein diet and supplementing it with protein shakes for muscle building. I don’t want to look like a bodybuilder I am just aiming for not looking like a bowl of jello in a bikini. I have tried many flavors of protein powder many tasting awful. I have found that the Dymatize Elite Gourmet series is my favorite flavor wise. I really love the milk chocolate and that is what I buy most often.
